INTITULED

An Ordinance to amend the Widows' and

Orphans' Pension Ordinance, 1908.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows' and Short title. Orphans' Pension Amendment Ordinance, 1927.

2. In this Ordinance the term "principal Ordinance" Meaning of means the Widows' and Orphans' Pension Ordinance, the term

3. Sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) of section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the insertion of the words :-

for any person who is contributing in any other British possession or in any British protecto- rate under the provisions of any similar enact- ment relating to widows and orphans' pen- sions".
